Chop 1 cup cauliflower, half cup french beans, 1 cup peas, 1 cup carrot, and 4 medium-sized potatoes. Cook for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker and then mash the vegetables.
In a pan, add 4 tbsp butter, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3 finely chopped onions, and 2 finely chopped capsicum. When the onions turn transparent pink, add 5 finely chopped tomatoes, 4 tbsp Chounk Pav Bhaji Masala, ½ tsp Chounk Red Chilly Powder, 2 tsp Chounk Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Chounk Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp Chounk Garam Masala Powder, 1 tsp Chounk Amchoor Powder and salt (to taste). Let these simmer for 10 mins.
Now, add the mashed vegetables and let it cook on low flame for 20-30 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, onion rings, butter, and lemon juice.
