Methi Malai Matar
Heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 finely chopped onions. To this, add1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins and then add 1 cup pureed tomatoes. Put 2 tsp Chounk Coriander powder,1/2 tsp Chounk Chilly powder, and 1/2 tsp Chounk Turmeric powder. Then, add 2 cup peas and 2 cups of chopped methi patta. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Add 100 gms malai(cream) and 4 tsp Chounk Kitchen King masala and 1 cup water. Cook on medium flame for 20-25 min. Serve with Lacha Paratha/ Naan.
